My Happy Systems program is designed to meet the individual needs of our group members, combining training and system implementation with support and accountability. The group will be small: 4-8 people.

We're going to help you get MORE of the holy trinity: more time, more money, more energy

THIS PROGRAM HAS TWO KEY PARTS:

Assessment – 2-4 hours, possibly split over 2 meetings
- Training and Habit-forming -  8-10 hours spread over 8-10 weeks

We’ll meet online weekly, using a video conferencing service. Everyone (including me!) will receive homework after every meeting, to ensure we’re building not just systems, but healthy, productive habits for your business. The program is planned to take about 12 weeks, depending on the schedules of all participants


HOW IT WORKS:

Step 1: Assessment (2-4 hours, over 2 weeks - depending on your needs and schedules)

First, we'll make an in-depth ASSESSMENT OF YOUR CURRENT SYSTEMS AND BUSINESS NEEDS.
Every participant will receive an Intake Questionnaire, to help me determine your most burning system needs and challenges.
I will integrate your personal requirements into our sessions, to ensure you receive both the instruction, and the implementation help you need.
Special focus on: 

  • Money systems such as client payments automation, business budgeting, etc. 
  • Email streamlining, plus integration with Social Media
  • Organizing Client Information for easy search and reference. 
  • SYSTEM INTEGRATION - making sure all your systems work well together, making it easy for you to use them consistently. 
  • Any other system a group member urgently needs.


Step 2: GUIDES and TEMPLATES (throughout the program, as we progress)

You'll receive GUIDES and TEMPLATES, customized for YOUR VERY OWN BUSINESS.  
Templates save you tons of time, energy, and money. Not re-inventing the wheel every time translates very quickly into more productive hours and more energy. How do templates make you money?
One - by helping to avoid the majority of costly mistakes, and two - by freeing up time and mental space to take on more clients, create new products, promote your services - in short, make more income.


Step 3: Training, Troubleshooting, and Habit-forming (weekly hour for 8-10 weeks, depending on your needs&schedules)

Once the  Assessment phase is complete, we’ll implement the new systems to increase your productivity and resolve questions and challenges that may appear along the way. Often manuals and templates are not enough, you need an actual human come in and put something in place for you.
Preferably teaching you how to make the best use of it, once it's in place. Good news - that's exactly what I'm going to do for you.
