Your systems are up and running, and your staff operates like clockwork. Awesome! This package is all about keeping up the good work and growing your business. It includes 6 hours of follow-up every 3 months. I'll troubleshoot any issues and expand or tweak your infrastructure as required.

You have working systems in place; it's time to make the most of them. I will help you ask the right questions, and get the answers you need to determine your best sources of income, biggest expense factors, key stress causes, and other essential, actionable data.

Framework Setup
We'll begin by determining what type(s) of infrastructure your business needs.
The initial diagnostic phase usually consists of meetings/sessions of a few hours, spread over several days.
With established businesses, I use the 80/20 Analysis to hone in on your business needs.
Next, we will set up your custom infrastructure. This usually consists of a few hours on your part, over a course of one to two weeks.
I'll set your organization up with easy-to-learn and easy-to-use systems and processes that enable your venture to run smoothly and effectively.
I'll also help you set goals, break them down into doable tasks, and track your progress.
Training
Through a combination of training workshops and printed guides, I'll ensure that you and your staff/volunteers can operate the business without me on site.
Troubleshooting
Finally, we'll continue to meet weekly to ensure that everything works as intended and to troubleshoot any issues.
