We'll begin by determining what type(s) of infrastructure your business needs.

The initial diagnostic phase usually consists of meetings/sessions of a few hours, spread over several days.

With established businesses, I use the 80/20 Analysis to hone in on your business needs.

 

Next, we will set up your custom infrastructure. This usually consists of a few hours on your part, over a course of one to two weeks.

I'll set your organization up with easy-to-learn and easy-to-use systems and processes that enable your venture to run smoothly and effectively.

I'll also help you set goals, break them down into doable tasks, and track your progress.
